1 MHz-4 GHz, 6-bit Digital
Peregrine's PE4312 is a 6-bit, 50 Ω, RF digital step attenuator designed for use in 3G/4G wireless infrastructure application, including DAS and portable/mobile radios. Covering a 31.5 dB attenuation range in 0.5 dB steps, the PE4312 maintains high linearity, low power consumption and a monotonic step response from 1 MHz to 4 GHz.
New High-Vibration, Ruggedized
These new additions to Cornell Dubilier's MLS Series include a high-vibration package (HVMLS) and a high-reliability burn-in option (HRMLS). Both are ideally suited for military and commercial flight-based power systems that require high-energy density, rugged capacitors for bulk storage.
Two New GaN
TriQuint's TGA2216 operates from 0.1 to 3.0 GHz and provides 12W of saturated output power with 14 dB of large signal gain and greater than 40% power-added efficiency. The TGA2237 operates from 0.03 to 2.5 GHz and provides 10W of saturated output power with 13 dB of large signal gain and greater than 52% power-added efficiency.
400S 0603 Precision Tolerance
ATC's 400S Series features a precision thin film process that provides reliable and repeatable performance, as well as the tightest tolerances available (+/- 0.02 pF) over a wide range of capacitance values, low ESR, and high series resonant frequency.
Freescale's broad portfolio of LDMOS RF transistors support a range of aerospace and defense applications, including avionics, HF through L- and S-band radar, communications, missile guidance, electronic warfare, and Identification, Friend or Foe (IFF).
470-960 MHz 0.8 W
Wavelex's WPA0409A power amplifier is fully-matched to 50 Ω impedance and features +29 dBm P1dB, 14 dB gain and +43 dBm IP3. It is versatile for a range of applications, including VHF, UHF, PA driver amplifiers, RF bench test, and fixed wireless communications.
